We process your personal data on the basis of your consent in order to answer your inquiry and for the possible further correspondence regarding your inquiry. We may transfer your personal data to entities that provide services on behalf of and on commission of Abastroke, in particular to entities that handle our contact forms and e-mail.

We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent to their processing. From time to time, we will ask you if you are still interested in maintaining relations with ABAStroke or receiving commercial communications and marketing information form us and therefore, whether your consent is up to date.

1. Request from ABAStroke access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of their processing,
2. Object to processing of your personal data,
3. Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit those data to another controller (right to data portability),
4. Withdraw the consent you have given to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
5. Lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, if you think that the processing of your personal data by ABAstroke violates applicable regulations.
6. Providing your personal data is voluntary. We will not use your data for automateddecision-making, including profiling. We don't use cookies.
